Tickets Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket purchases and attendance at events organized by Aural Events. By purchasing or using a ticket, the holder agrees to be bound by these terms.

1. Ticket Validity & Use

  • Tickets are valid only for the date(s) specified at the time of purchase.
  • Tickets must be exchanged for a wristband at the point of entry. Each ticket is valid for one conversion only.
  • Wristbands are required for entry and re-entry. Re-entry is permitted only while the wristband remains valid and untampered.
  • Attendees must exit the venue by 11:00 AM the day after the event for which the ticket was issued.

2. Transferability

  • Tickets are transferable. Transfers must include the recipient's real name, email address, and phone number.
  • Unauthorized resale or transfer without proper procedure or authorization from Aural Events is prohibited.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Tickets are refundable up to 3 days before the event date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
  • If the event is canceled for reasons beyond Aural Events' control, the organization will decide on rescheduling, refunding, or applying relevant Portuguese law.

4. Security & Identification

  • All attendees are subject to security checks upon entry.
  • Valid photo ID may be requested for age or ticket ownership verification.

5. Lost or Stolen Tickets

  • Lost or stolen tickets will be replaced upon verification of purchase and identity.

6. General Conditions

  • Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable and non-replaceable if tampered with or damaged beyond recognition.
  • Entry may be denied to individuals not complying with venue rules or at the discretion of staff.
  • Attendees must comply with all event rules, local laws, and organizer guidelines.

7. Data Protection & Privacy

  • Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws.
  • By purchasing or transferring a ticket, attendees consent to data use for identification and communication.

8. Age Restrictions

  • Events are strictly 18+. Valid government-issued ID is required for entry. No exceptions.

9. Prohibited Items & Behavior

  • Prohibited items include illegal substances, weapons, glass containers, and other dangerous objects.
  • Inappropriate behavior or misconduct may result in removal without refund.

10. Media & Photography

  • Attendees consent to photography and videography for promotional use by the organization.
  • Unauthorized professional recording is not allowed without prior approval.

11. Health & Safety

  • Attendees must follow health and safety regulations, including those related to public health advisories.
  • First aid will be available on-site; contact staff for assistance.

12. Right to Refuse Admission

  • Aural Events reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees not complying with terms or posing safety risks.
