1. E-Tickets

  • Instant Email Delivery
    As soon as your purchase is confirmed, your electronic tickets will be sent straight to the email address you provided at checkout.

  • Account Download
    You can also download your tickets at any time by logging into your account and visiting My Tickets.

Tip: Add your e-tickets to your mobile wallet or print them out in advance to speed up entry at the venue.


2. Physical Merchandise

In addition to tickets, we offer a selection of event-themed accessories, clothing, and souvenirs. All merchandise orders are packed with care at our warehouse and dispatched from:

3. Shipping Costs & Methods

  • Based on CTT Rates
    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the current CTT price table. For the latest rates and service options (e.g. CTT Correio Expresso, Standard, Registered Mail), please visit the official CTT price list:

  • Domestic (Portugal)

    • Standard: 2–5 business days

    • Expresso: 1–2 business days

  • International

    • Europe: 4–8 business days (depending on service level)

    • Rest of world: 7–15 business days

Note: Any customs duties or import taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient.


4. Order Processing Times

  • Merchandise orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.

  • During high-demand periods (e.g. just before major events or holidays), processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


5. Shipment Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

    1. Carrier name (e.g. CTT)

    2. Tracking number

    3. Estimated delivery date

  • You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or by clicking the tracking link in your email.
