Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Azulya Unipessoal Lda website (“we,” “us,” or “Azulya”). Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our site or purchasing electronic tickets and physical merchandise. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable Portuguese and European Union laws. Azulya Unipessual Lda NIF 516624323.

1. Definitions

  • Customer: any individual or legal entity who places an order for electronic tickets or merchandise through our website.

  • E-Ticket: a digital document valid for entry to events, delivered via email or available for download in the Customer’s account area.

  • Merchandise: accessories, clothing, and other physical items related to events.

  • Order: the Customer’s request to purchase one or more E-Tickets and/or Merchandise, once accepted by Azulya.

2. Formation of Contract

  1. The Customer selects products, provides the required information, and submits an Order.

  2. Once payment is confirmed, we will send an Order confirmation email. At that moment, a binding contract is formed between you and Azulya.

3. Prices and Payment

  • All prices are in euros (EUR), include applicable VAT, and, for merchandise, may include estimated shipping costs based on the CTT price table.

  • Payment is processed through secure methods (credit/debit card, MB Way, PayPal, or other options at checkout).

  • If payment is declined or fails, the Order will not be accepted.

4. Delivery of E-Tickets

  • E-Tickets are sent by email immediately after order confirmation.

  • They are also available for download in My Account ▶ My Tickets.

  • It is the Customer’s responsibility to ensure the email address provided is correct and to check spam/junk folders.

5. Delivery of Merchandise

  • Merchandise is dispatched from our warehouse in Lisbon (Azulya Unipessoal Lda, Rua Example, 123, 1000-000 Lisbon, Portugal).

  • Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and service level, according to current CTT rates (https://www.ctt.pt/transversais/lista-de-precos-de-correio).

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, which may extend to 3–4 business days during peak periods.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

  1. Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, Customers who are consumers (non-commercial individuals) have 14 days to withdraw from merchandise purchases without penalty.

  2. The withdrawal period starts from the day the order is received. To withdraw, the Customer must notify us by email (info@aural.events) before the deadline.

  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated. We will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the merchandise in good condition.

  4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to E-Tickets, which are considered “digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium” once delivered; therefore, you cannot cancel or return E-Tickets after they are sent or downloaded.

7. Event Cancellations and Refunds

  • If an event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer, the promoter’s specific terms will apply; we will inform Customers by email and/or on our website.

  • In the case of postponement, tickets remain valid; if you cannot attend the new date, please contact us for refund instructions.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this site (logos, text, images, code) is owned by Azulya or licensed to us.

  • Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without our prior written consent.

9. Liability

  • Azulya is not responsible for shipping delays or losses caused by carriers or incorrect information provided by the Customer.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for direct damages is limited to the amount you paid in your Order.

10. Data Protection

  • We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

  • We use it to manage orders, provide customer support, and send communications related to your purchases.

11. Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date.

  • The version applicable to your Order is the one in effect at the time you place it.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by Portuguese law and applicable EU regulations.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to the use of the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
